What is New Pipe's Property Maintenance Mapping?
Have you ever walked your property and thought how nice it would be to have a document or booklet with all the necessary information on maintenance and emergencies?
With New Pipes Property Maintenance Mapping we offer the solution at no cost to HOA, apartment, and HOA communities. This ‘Emergency Handbook’ would serve as the go-to place for plumbing emergencies.
NPI would perform an initial inspection to obtain the following information about the property to include in an Emergency Handbook.
- Initial inspection of property
- Note location of visible sewer cleanouts
- Note locations of visible storm catch basins
- Note locations of water meters and building shut-offs
- Obtain information of water heaters (model #, serial #, age, pumps etc...)
- Include all information for fountains and lakes (pumps, fill valves, etc...)
- Provide digitized map noting cleanout and shut off locations.
- Provide a report/proposal of visible issues noticed during initial assessment
Maximize Your Emergency Handbook
The initial inspection will have basic information for your manual. NPI offers the following additional services that can be included in the Emergency Manual
- Photos of cleanouts and water shut-offs with the description of the location in simple detail that anyone (vendor, technician, or board member) walking the property can use to locate specific plumbing fixtures
- Camera Survey of sewer system followed by a report listing recommended repairs in order of urgency to allow HOA to budge the repairs.
- A digitized sewer matrix of the property
- A digitized water matrix of the property
- Preventative maintenance proposals for the sewer system, storm system, and water heater.
